Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy — you've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to kick off a return.
To qualify, your item needs to come back in the same condition it left us: unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Hang onto your receipt or proof of purchase — you'll need it.
Starting a Return
Hit us up at info@privadacigarclub.com to get the ball rolling. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will be turned away. If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Our return address is:

Damaged or Wrong Items
Open your box when it arrives and check it out. If something's busted, defective, or just flat-out wrong — contact us immediately at info@privadacigarclub.com and we'll make it right.
What Can't Be Returned
We can't take back perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask.
Exchanges
Want something different? Return your item, and once it's approved, place a new order. Simple.
EU Customers
If your order shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason — no explanation needed. Same condition rules apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you on approval status. All approved refunds are issued as store credit only — we do not refund to original payment methods.
