The Ecuadorian Cameroon sun grown wrapper profile is what you'd expect, a little earthy and leathery and quite sweet, with lots of toasted sunflower seeds on both palate and retro, coupled with espresso, dark chocolate, and salted butter.
The draw on this 6 ¼ x 56 boxpress cigar is on the verge of being too open, but works perfectly. Burn does need corrections here and there, but this has no impact on the taste so I don't complain.
I buy very few cigars by the box, and this is not one of them. But,. pleasant enough to keep few in rotation.

I wish I had MORE of them. Structure was solid, the smoke was thick. The flavors hit in the first third and the transition between the layers was spot on. Nice cigar and impressive.
The cigar’s are fine but I get the same one all the time. Also why don’t you ship it in the same box as my rare club? Why do you ship it in different boxes?
Love every cigar I’ve smoked so far from El Club Del Turro and this was no different. Very light and creamy, with an initial taste of lemon, hay and cedar. White pepper on the retrohale makes this a nice morning-early afternoon cigar. Definitely will start keeping some of these in my humidor. Another winner from Puerto Rico & Privada! Saludos!
Another excellent selection of Farm Rolled cigars. In my opinion the best of the 4 was the 5.5x44 Habano. For a 44 ring gauge the draw was excellent, burn even, and great flavor.
Hello, I received my order of the Rare Cigar club for April and I am waiting for a quiet moment to enjoy them. However, I just saw a video featuring Brian discussing this month's (April 2026) selection which he describes as a Chocolate collection. I did not get these cigars. I was wondering if he is describing a different club subscription or did I get a different set of cigars. I want to be clear, I am extremely happy to have the cigars I did receive but would like to experience the cigars he featured in his video. How do I do this?
Hello, These cigars are fantastic. I have one in the morning with my coffee to start the day and if I have time will have one during the day as well. This bundle has become a regular part of my Privada Club experience.
I just finished this cigar. I’ll start by saying the overall construction was near perfect
I probably read the tasting notes when I ordered but I don’t look back at them until I finish. So I began this smoke with the anticipation of a more spicy tasting note than what I found. This particular cigar started a little flat but I didn’t expect it to be this smooth. So that may explain my take on it seeming a little flat in the first third. The second came in with some nice coffee and cedar. The final was just smooth, slightly creamy and just damn good. Definitely will buy again.
It's fine as long as the extra cigar is not trash, we'll give it a couple more months and decide whether to keep or not.
