Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your enrollment in any Privada Cigar Club subscription program offered at privadacigarclub.com (the "Site"). By enrolling, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
How the subscription works
Privada Cigar Club offers multiple subscription tiers and programs, each with its own price, cigar count, and shipping cadence. The specific plan you select, including its price and billing frequency, will be clearly disclosed before you complete checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
When you sign up for any Privada subscription, you authorize Privada Cigar Club to charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis at the price and cadence of the plan you selected, until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day of each billing cycle.
Your first box ships shortly after your initial order is placed. Each subsequent cycle, your card is charged on your renewal date and a new box ships shortly after. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.
Auto-renewal disclosure
Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged on each renewal date at the price of the plan you selected, until you cancel. You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal unless required by the law of your state. The renewal price will be the price in effect for your plan at the time of renewal, which may differ from your original signup price. We will notify you in advance of any price change by email.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is easy and can be done in three ways:
- Log in to your account at account.privadacigarclub.com and manage your subscription from the Subscriptions page
- Email us at info@privadacigarclub.com
- Reply to any subscription email with the word "cancel" and your order number
If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again and no further boxes will ship. If you cancel after a renewal has already processed, that month's box will still ship to you and the cancellation will take effect for the following month. We do not prorate or refund partial months.
Skipping, pausing, and changing your subscription
You can skip a month, pause your subscription, or update your shipping address and payment method anytime from your account dashboard. Changes must be made before your renewal date to apply to the next shipment.
Free trials and promotional offers
If you sign up under a promotional offer (for example, a discounted first box, a free gift, or a trial), the promotional terms will be disclosed at signup. Unless otherwise stated, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard rate of your selected plan after the promotional period ends, and you will be charged that rate going forward until you cancel.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the following several days. If we are unable to collect payment, your subscription will be paused or canceled and your shipment will be held until payment is resolved.
Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable once a box has shipped. If you experience a quality issue with your box (damaged cigars, missing items, etc.), contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@privadacigarclub.com and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
